Wise Buddah and Radio 1 VS Radio 4

Magic Jingle:

The target audience is an older target audience who listen to 80's and 90's music. The reason that I think the target audience for Magic is an older audience is because older age groups like the sound of older music and the Magic Jingle represents that.

Radio 1 Jingle:

The target audience for Radio 1 is younger age groups who listen to the hottest trending music and like fast face music. The reason that the target audience for Radio 1 is younger groups is to access the wide variety of kids who enjoy music and catching the latest trends.

Radio 1:

Contains mostly music and interviews with popular artists that are usually heard on Radio 1. At 1AM and plays all day. Radio 1 applies to younger age groups and contains lots of upbeat music. Always contains very long timing for shows such as news beat which is always on quarter two the next hour. Contains the MOST diverse schedule of all the BBC (No music is played). Presented by Kate Adie.

Radio 4:

Contains mostly the news and political discussions. No music only things such as Prayer of the day and Farming today. People come on the show and share their opinion on matters such as Brexit. Very mature and formal with no British slang. Only lasts half and hour each talk. Radio 4 starts at midnight and goes on through the whole day. It is also a 'Talk Only' radio station. Presented by Greg James.
